2. Development of ln-house Dialysis Services at ESlC Hospitals and integration with Pradhan Mantri National Dialysis Program (PMNDP): The ESIC Hospitals have to develop ln-house hemodialysis facilities for better care, integrated service delivery for critical patients and overall beneficiary satisfaction. The guidelines are enclosed for implementation in this regard

3. The Central Government hereby appoints the 1stday of December, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, namely:-
(i) sections 38 to 43 and section 45A to section 45H of Chapter IV;
(ii) sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
(iii) sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of section 76, 80, 82 and section 83 of Chapter VI,
Shall come into force in all areas of Mainpuri district, in addition to the already notified areas of the said district and in all the areas of Basti district, in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

4. Guidelines related to of home delivery of drugs and home sample collections to the IPs and Beneficiaries as entitled: Accordingly, in order to avoid hardship to such beneficiaries, the Competent Authority has granted approval to extend the facility of home delivery of drugs and home sample collection to those entitled IPs and beneficiaries per the enclosed guidelines
